Client Objective
Our client needed to find the perfect hotel for their event while navigating tight time constraints and restrictive company policies. They required a naturally lit meeting space for 240 attendees, complete with A/V and production capabilities and located within 20 minutes of a major airport. Additionally, the client required an off-site venue for a group reception within 10 minutes of the hotel.

We secured Hotel Valley Ho for an exclusive buy-out, allowing us to incorporate the event branding throughout the property. To address the hotel’s limited meeting spaces, we creatively utilized all available areas for breakfast, lunch, and breakout sessions, maximizing the benefits of the buy-out.
The client was extremely pleased with the overall experience. This event marked their first in-person meeting as a group since COVID, revitalizing their culture of face-to-face interactions over virtual meetings. The successful buy-out left a lasting impression, leading the client to prefer hotel buy-outs for future events, appreciating the freedom to utilize the property without limitations.
