Client Objective

Client’s annual executive meeting and customer advisory board needed management of all aspects including registration, hotel block, transportation coordination, and nightly entertainment in Napa Valley. The client’s primary focus was to collaborate with advisory customers to gather direct feedback for product improvement. To make the event exceptional, the executive team and customers were invited to bring their spouses as a gesture of special appreciation to enjoy the offerings of Napa Valley.

The RnE Solution

This action-packed week began with an executive team dinner at a private ranch’s rustic barn, surrounded by vintage cars. The next day, the executive meeting was held at the stunning Carneros Resort and Spa, with views of the rolling vineyard hills. That evening, a gourmet barbecue-style dinner and reception welcomed the arriving advisory board customers and their spouses, complete with a live band and s’mores fire pits.

The following day featured productive meetings and relationship building for customers and executives, while spouses enjoyed the Carneros Spa and a private wine tour of three of Napa’s top vineyards. The evening included a cocktail reception and a private dinner at Blue Note Jazz Club with a performance by Mandy Harvey from America’s Got Talent. The week continued with a private yoga session, followed by an exhilarating NHRA experience with race car driver Bob Tasca at Sonoma Raceway. Attendees donned Tasca team shirts and cheered on Bob Tasca in his competition.

This trip was highly productive for the client, fostering product improvement and addressing customer needs. It was also a sincere gift to customers and internal staff, featuring over six hours of live entertainment, countless gourmet meals, and numerous productive meetings. Everyone left with their expectations greatly exceeded.
