Client Objective

Our client asked us to locate an all-inclusive unique Caribbean destination — one which the average attendee would not go on their own for holiday from the United States or Europe. The group had previously experienced top-tier all inclusive properties located in Mexico, and were looking to match the same quality of service and experience. The challenge was to find a resort of equal quality that would allow for an all inclusive experience while maintaining a similar budget.

The RnE Solution

We negotiated with the hotel to create an all-inclusive stay at a non all inclusive property located on the island of Anguilla. As Anguilla is a small island, 70% of the group flew into Saint Martin and were transported by private ferry, then escorted to Aurora Anguilla in luxury SUVs. Once they arrived to the hotel, attendees were welcomed by a local steel pan band and rum punches. The Presidents Club Golf Cup took place on the most prestigious golf course on the island, with a shotgun start for 60 golfers. The Welcome Cocktail Dinner featured a local Carnival recreation, including stilt walkers, carnival dancers, fresh-caught fish, and island-raised beef.

The evening concluded with an afterglow party under the stars with bonfires and sand couches. Guests were gifted unique local goods throughout their stay, including local hand crafted wood carvings, which donated proceeds back into the community. The top achievers experienced the highest level of luxury, residing in ocean front suites each over 1,000 square feet, complete with private butler service. Deep camaraderie for global attendees was achieved over this fantastic 5-night event, where each person was recognized for their hard work and achievements.
