Client Objective

For five years, our client’s President’s Club was hosted at Grand Velas Mexican resorts. Our task was to craft exciting and innovative experiences ensuring that each year brings something fresh and unique. We aimed to avoid redundancy by continually evolving and innovating, so participants always encounter something new and exciting. During this five-night Riviera Maya vacation, our team provided a meticulously detailed and personalized experience for all attendees from start to finish.

The RnE Solution

Our team welcomed the winning invitees and their guests to a well-deserved, once-in-a-lifetime all-inclusive experience. Traveling from around the globe, guests arrived in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico. All personal requests and flights were seamlessly managed through our custom event website and registration system. Upon arrival, guests received tastefully branded gifts, local Mexican goodies, an invitation to the next day’s private gifting experience, and a personalized itinerary outlining the exciting week ahead.

The next day, our private gifting market offered each couple a unique complimentary shopping experience, featuring handcrafted goods by local Mexican artisans and a Maui Jim fitting for new sunglasses. That evening, we hosted a beachfront President’s Cocktail & Dinner with a Tulum-inspired boho theme, complete with dream catchers, furnished teepees, and an energetic live band that had attendees on their feet.

Guests could choose between golfing at the PGA-accredited El Camaleón Mayakoba Golf Club or enjoying a treatment at the award-winning Se Spa. Additionally, each guest selected an excursion such as a traditional Mexican cooking class, swimming through underground Mayan cenotes, or visiting the ancient ruins of Chichen Itza. The farewell cocktail provided a final opportunity for attendees to mingle with colleagues while enjoying specialty margaritas and a three-piece mariachi band.

From start to finish, this incentive trip was curated by a team that understands the importance of attention to detail, personalized service, and captivating experiences. Every attendee, whether new or returning, was warmly welcomed by our team, fostering a growing relationship.
