Client Objective

Hawaii was the client’s top choice for this year’s sales team trip and was consistently one of the most requested destinations in surveys over the past decade. With a history of staying at five-star hotels, we searched the islands for the perfect option to meet their standards. We aimed to provide a diverse array of individual excursions to cater to various interests. We were challenged to create two unique group dinners including local artists, performers and cultural experiences.

The RnE Solution

Leveraging RnE’s buying power, we successfully negotiated great group rates with the Four Seasons Maui to host this high-end Incentive Trip. Our team organized private oceanside daily breakfast, monetary credits and exclusive Hawaiian themed evening events to give an all-inclusive experience at a traditional hotel. Attendees had the option to select two excursions including jeep rentals to explore the island, golf, crater snorkeling, UTV adventures, jungle waterfall hikes, whale watching, and spa — ensuring something unique for everyone. Attendees received multiple personalized local room drop gifts and an on-site gifting experience featuring live, fresh machete-cut coconuts and Maui Jim sunglasses. For the welcome and farewell dinners, we secured top-notch local entertainment for an unforgettable evening under the stars on the Four Seasons’ oceanfront lawn. The trip survey results were outstanding with perfect scores for rooms, service, gifts, weather, excursions, cuisine, and overall attendee experience marking a significant win for the team.
